BIOGRAPHY
Gregory Jones is a singer-songwriter and guitarist from Oxford, UK. His songs of love and loss are carefully crafted into harmony-laden, melodic indie-pop tunes with a generous helping of folk-rock and Americana for good measure.
With influences such as Simon & Garfunkel, George Harrison, Jackson Browne, Neil Young, Jimmy Webb and Burt Bacharach, Gregory’s timeless sound and ability to tell a story will pick you up and drop you back down in places that feel familiar but you’ve not been to before.
Gregory has released three singles: ‘My Kind of Girl’, ‘A Simple Life’ and ‘If Only for Tonight’. His debut album ‘Nowhere I’d Rather Be’ is coming soon!
Gregory also plays guitar with Modesty Blaise, and has recorded three studio albums, including ‘The Modesty Blaise’, and the highly acclaimed indie-pop masterpiece ‘Melancholia’. He has toured and performed extensively throughout the UK and across Europe.
